Recently I came upon a new Star Wars trailer, for Star Wars: The Old Republic. The story picks up after Knights of the Republic, but is set 3,000 years before the timeline of the Star Wars movies.
For fans of the Star Wars movies, let me warn you that this will make you want more. This trailer is action-packed! (And it’s not for the faint of heart.) The story sounds good, too.
The trailer is for an upcoming MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) video game. I wish it were an upcoming movie! That’s certainly nothing against video games, but I just don’t have time to play an MMO that much, and this premise would make a great movie.
I’ve heard that the Star Wars movie series is supposed to be over, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more made. There is so much story still unused, and even if it features all new characters, such a movie would still be awesome. This trailer is proof of that.

That was an awesome trailer. But I think the reason they aren’t gonna make any movies is because Lucas always gets involved and messes everything up. Video games are another story. The artistic talent is in the hands of people who know what they are doing.
