unknown names on my caller ID

I don’t know who would name their child “Blocked Call”, but I wish they’d quit calling my house and not leaving a message.  It’s getting rather annoying…

    You think that’s bad? I get calls from these fools that don’t even know their own name or phone number. And they don’t leave messages either.
