It’s amazing what people can do with video via computer editing these days. There’s a content creator on YouTube called OwlKitty who uses a green screen to put his black cat into famous movies and video games. These are short clips and they’re worth your time (if you like cats and/or parodies). It’s not your ordinary LOLcatz videos. And I’m fairly certain this is why YouTube was invented in the first place. 🙂
OwlKitty has replaced “Baby Yoda” (i.e., Grogu) in The Mandalorian. (This is my favorite one.)
Here’s a famous Jurassic Park scene but with OwlKitty replacing the T-Rex:
Want more? Here’s a Lord of the Rings parody:
For a video game parody, OwlKitty is now a character in Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros Ultimate:
You will get a caption contest this week after all! (There’s some big doin’s goin’ on around here this week, if you haven’t heard.) This week’s photo features a cat attacking an unsuspecting guy walking by. You know what to do — write something funny about it. 🙂

Apple recently released their much-hyped iPad device. It’s supposed to be all high-tech, but as this video shows, even a cat can play iPad games.
I hope they have a scratch-resistant screen on there!
There’s a follow-up video of a dog experimenting with the same game, but it’s boring because all he does is tilt his head a lot and smell of it. He was too afraid to play it.
Yeah, I realize there’s not much to this post — it’s mostly LOLCAT type humor. If you’re wanting a serious review of the iPad, this is the wrong place, because it’s just a humor blog (which you should check out if you like to laugh). But I did give my opinion on the iPad on my other blog, if you want to read that.
How about another caption contest? Sounds good to me. This week’s photo features a cat having its picture taken by a paparazzi of photographers, or at least that’s what it looks like. As usual, there is no actual context provided, so it’s up to you to make up a story (or a joke) about what’s going on. We’d like it if you’d share your caption with the rest of us, by leaving a comment. And you can add as many as you’d like. Have fun with it.
