crappy glitch in Madden football

The Madden series of football video games has been extremely popular, but like almost all video games, there are bugs / glitches just waiting to be found.   (It’s extremely difficult to be a video game programmer.)  The bug featured in this video is more of a graphical glitch, in that the “boundary” between the football and the player just didn’t line up correctly.  But if you consider the glitch in-game, it’s one of the most painful glitches ever.

To warn you, this video is gross (in concept, because it’s not reality, y’know).  What happens is that Rex Grossman craps a football.   If you can’t handle such humor, then obviously you shouldn’t watch the video.  You have been forewarned.

We’ve also written about another one, which is much more awesome — the infamous ambulance in Madden ’92, which runs over players.  🙂

unusual video of Wario Land

You should watch this video of Wario Land: Shake It, a new game for the Nintendo Wii.  This looks like it would be a fun and interesting game, but even if you don’t like games, you’ll be surprised by this video.  The whole YouTube site can’t even handle its awesomeness.  (Watch it and you’ll understand what I mean by that.)

If you aren’t familiar with Wario, he’s not your typical video game hero.  Actually, he’s more of a bad guy, and the only good he does is so he can get more riches (coins).  As seen toward the end of the video, he gets out of breath from running, and as you can see in other videos / games of him, he sometimes gets some explosive gas.

Beaker from the Muppets sings Beethoven

The Muppets seem to be popular, from glancing at the search terms that bring people here.  And I happened across another video of Beaker (actually, Beakers, plural) that you Muppets fans may enjoy.  Actually, anyone can probably enjoy this, unless you like being serious all the time and have forgotten how to laugh heartily.  Which, if that’s the case, you should watch this to try to get free of that.

Anyway, here’s the clip, of Beaker getting inspired to sing Ode to Joy, from Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony.  He joins in with himself to sing harmony and play instruments, and then, well, you probably already know what will happen because it’s Beaker — things will go wrong somehow.  🙂

Super Chuck Norris Bros.

What would happen if you mixed the classic Nintendo NES game Super Mario Bros. with Chuck Norris?  Someone has, and so they created Super Chuck Norris Bros. (Click on the title to watch a short demo video of it.)

This game would be the awesome!  Although, the difficulty would need to be turned up, because it is Chuck Norris, and he can’t be stopped.

The on-screen messages go too fast, but the first two say “Chuck Norris doesn’t need mushrooms!” and “Chuck Norris needs a shotgun!”  🙂  Actually, he would win without the weapons, but equipping him with a shotgun, grenades, flamethrower, and a chainsaw, makes him unstoppable.  He even destroys trees and clouds in the game!

I’d like to see adaptations of other games featuring Chuck Norris!
