Do you have any questions?

I’m fairly sure some of you have forgotten about the “Contact Us” page of this blog.  (That, or either you already know everything, and I have trouble accepting that.)   The contact form is for more than just kind words about how awesome our blog is — you can ask any question.  While we may not know absolutely everything, we do figure to know about 98% of all knowable stuff (+/- 3 percent).

If you’re embarrassed to use your real name, that’s okay — use a nickname.   It matters not to us — we’ll dispense our ignorance and wisdumb to anyone.  🙂  If no one here knows the answer, we’ll make one up, and it might even be funny!  Who else offers that kind of guarantee?  Test us in this and see if we will not throw open the floodgates of randomness and pour out so much ignorance that you will not have room enough for it.

So bookmark the page, and when something is confusing, feel free to ask.  You may not get a personalized e-mail reply, but if we can make a funny post out of it, it may get published on the blog.  It’ll be fun — and it’ll be easier than googling the Internet and reading through lots of links.  And who knows, you may even learn something!  🙂

Why did rock bands wear spandex during the ’80s??
If there ever was a black spot on man-culture it was the wearing of spandex by man.

That is indeed a difficult question, but not beyond the bounds of my imagination. 🙂 BTW, if you’re going to start counting black spots on fashion, then the ’70s must be included, too. Folks wearing orange and brown horizontal stripes! And bell bottoms! Ugh!

Regarding fashion, I will reference this quote: “Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months.” Who determines what is fashionable? There are a few individual trendsetters, but large fashion companies throw everything they can imagine at the runway and see what sticks. Have you ever seen a fashion show? It’s horrendous! There are some of the most inconceivable clothing designs, things that nobody in their right mind would wear if they weren’t being paid a lot of money to. They try everything, just to see what works. If anyone will follow it, they make lots of money.

Personally, I see no reason to follow fashion trends. They can make you a slave to others’ opinions. Be yourself, be random — that is, if the two are compatible.

You mentioned above that “we do figure to know about 98% of all knowable stuff (+/- 3 percent)”. While I understand 98% – 3% on your margarine of error, if you know 98% + 3%, that means you know more than everything which, as you know would be absolutely, totally, and in all other ways INCONCEIVABLE!

You keep using that word… I do not think it means what you think it means…

98% + 3% doesn’t make sense only if you don’t already know everything. 🙂 If it happens to not be possible, then it would fit within our margin of error, so it’s all good.

But I can prove that 1 = 2, so making 101% possible is possible for me. With my sources, all things are possible!

BTW, I tend to err on the plus side of margarine. 🙂

Of course! Most fart research says women fart less often per day than men, which could be true given that they typically eat less.

Women tend to hide their farting, although occasionally you’ll find one that enjoys it — that’s when you’ve found a keeper! If she’ll rip one in your presence, then you know she’s being herself. It also means she’ll be more tolerant of your own rips, which comes in handy.
