This week’s caption contest features an unusual picture.  Some may consider it crude, even.  Well, the picture itself doesn’t show anything crude or vulgar, but the concept is not so noble.  So you’ve been forewarned, and if you proceed with viewing this post and you get offended, it’s your own fault!   (Really, you shouldn’t get offended.  It’s nothing personal — this has nothing to do with you — it’s just a concept of something funny, and it’s funny because it’s not really happening.)

Disclaimer aside, let’s continue.   This photo features a man peeing into a car’s gas tank.   At least, it appears that way.   You can write the captions however you want, taking whatever angle you want.   Just remember to not use any vulgar language — keep it clean.

It’s just another manic Monday… which I will make better with a new caption contest!  This week’s photo goes way back — back into time — to an era when the world was still in black and white, and phone technology was still new.  I have absolutely no actual context for this picture, so I’m depending on you to figure out what could possibly be going on here.

These days there’s lots of talk about cars, because of Obama’s “cash for clunkers” program, and there’s also talk of being “green”, to help the environment.  So this week’s caption contest features a green car, though not in the way you might expect.

Now, I know, it’s just a picture of a car (albeit a funny car).  But remember, there are many ways to make this work.  You can write a caption as a news headline, or make (dare I say it?) puns about it, or write your own story that involves it.

As the calendar rolls around to Monday again, we roll out another caption contest, to help make your Monday better (and every day better).  This week’s photo is a stunt man ON FIRE.  (I can see this one being a lot of fun!)  As usual, you get to decide what the background circumstances are and write a caption for this.  You can write from anyone’s perspective.  Be original, be creative, be creatively original.   The only rule is to keep your comments clean — this is a family-friendly site.  Now, introduction aside, let’s get to the humor!
