a shout-out to Mango-Man

This is Thomas Wayne, preempting your regularly scheduled blog posting.  I just wanted to give a big shout-out to my BFF, Mango-Man, for helping me move some furniture the other day.  I repaid him in homemade nachos (and I think he got the better deal, because my cheese dip is legendary).

In case you aren’t aware, BFF when used by guys stands for Big Fat Friend.  🙂

It’s time for another weekly caption contest!  This time there’s a guy holding a crazy gun / weapon.  Obviously some modifications have been made.  So what’s the purpose of this weapon?  Why would he made such adjustments?  Will the “upgrades” help?  What does his friends and family think?  What do you think about it?

After an extended hiatus, let’s get things back to normal by restarting the weekly caption contest.  This week’s photo has a man wearing a weird-looking helmet with several military officers looking on.  I really have no idea what’s going on here.  Is it some secret government research?  Is it a prank or joke?  Is it bad fashion?  It’s up to you.
