caption contest, woman driver stuck

It’s time for a new caption contest!  This week we’re featuring a photo submitted by Mango-Man, one of the regular readers here.  This one should be fun.  It involves a woman driver in a car that’s putting out a lot of smoke.   I don’t know what’s going on here, but I’m sure we can come up with something.

Help, my bathroom smells like crap!

If your bathroom stinks, a common practice is to light a candle.  But sometimes a single candle just doesn’t cut through the effervescence of flatulescence.  You could try lighting an array of candles, although you might not want to go through that trouble, or you might not have multiple candles available.  So here’s what you can do — just burn the whole candle at once.  That way, all the freshness gets released at once.

(Tip: It works better if the candle is not in a glass container.  Photo is for illustration purposes only.)

unusual video of Wario Land

You should watch this video of Wario Land: Shake It, a new game for the Nintendo Wii.  This looks like it would be a fun and interesting game, but even if you don’t like games, you’ll be surprised by this video.  The whole YouTube site can’t even handle its awesomeness.  (Watch it and you’ll understand what I mean by that.)

Wario Land: Shake It

If you aren’t familiar with Wario, he’s not your typical video game hero.  Actually, he’s more of a bad guy, and the only good he does is so he can get more riches (coins).  As seen toward the end of the video, he gets out of breath from running, and as you can see in other videos / games of him, he sometimes gets some explosive gas.

caption contest, hard slide into home

It’s time for another caption contest!  With the Major League Baseball playoffs starting this week, I’m going to use an action photo from a baseball game.  Here’s the picture; you write the caption (from any perspective: play-by-play announcers, umpire, players, managers, fans, yourself, etc.)
