caption contest, Star Wars, evil donations

This week’s caption contest has a Star Wars theme.   It appears that the Sith Lord and an Imperial Stormtrooper are either selling something or asking for donations.  Who knows what’s really going on.   But that’s where you come in.  Figure out what’s happening, and write a comment about it.   Of course, your explanation / story doesn’t have to be anything realistic at all — just funny.

Here’s this week’s caption contest, featuring a group of people that appear to be playing a board game amidst rubble from some catastrophe like an earthquake or bombing.  I realize such events are tragic in real life, but the people in the picture are trying to have a good time despite whatever went wrong there, so in that same attitude let’s think of funny captions that go with this picture.

My week of stuff (i.e., vacation) is over, so the frequency of posts should return to normal now.  Starting this week will be a caption contest, as is custom.  This week’s photo features men in uniform dumping black plastic balls into the water.  Is this related to the current news of BP’s oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico?  Or is it something completely unrelated?  You get to decide.  Leave a comment saying what you think is going on.  The only rules are that it must be clean, and try to make it funny.
